Vienna Airport reopens Visitors Terrace

Starting from June 6, the Schwechat Vienna Airport will resume work of the observation platform in the terminal and excursions around the airfield, however, according to the reduced schedule.

The terrace for observing aircraft on the roof of the terminal will be open from 12:00 to 18:00, and the excursion center from 10:00 to 16:00.

Visitors will be able to stay at the terminal only in a mask or other means of protection if it covers their mouth and nose.

The airport recalls the need to maintain a distance between people of at least one meter. For this, no more than 150 people will be allowed to the observation platform at a time, and up to 40 people will be allowed to the excursion center.

Now, dozens of aircraft of various airlines are parked at Vienna Airport, which will allow aviation enthusiasts to get unusual pictures, since never before had such a large number of aircraft been at the airport simultaneously.

Visits to the terrace and excursions at Schwechat Airport are paid.
